First and foremost, they’re part of one strong national team and are a key part of our operations. Teaming with another UPSer, they alternate driving on long hauls between UPS facilities in our well-maintained trucks. Sleeper Team Tractor Trailer Drivers (sometimes called OTR or Over the Road Truck Drivers) enjoy long-haul trips on the open road and arrive back home after 4-6 days. SHIFT YOUR SKILLS What does it take to keep packages moving across the country—and beyond? Sleeper Team Tractor Trailer Drivers work days, nights and/or weekends for long-haul trips of 4-6 days Valid CDL class A license (commercial driver’s license) in home state Doubles/Triples endorsement is needed Pass the DOT physical Reliability, responsibility, and a love of truck driving Legal right to work in the U.S Tractor-Trailer Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance...
