Role Specific Information Job Description About the Role As Support Technician, you will provide support for all technologies within a Distribution Center or corporate environment. You will identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues that arise, take ownership of all IT building-related incidents and monitor system activity to ensure the availability and performance of all Kohl’s IT business services.
