The Senior Manager, Regional Sales Dealer reports directly to the Vice President, Sales Dealer. This position is a leadership role in charge of developing and executing upon the strategy to drive profitable sales growth of the MasterBrand cabinet portfolio. This role oversees all aspects of Dealer channel sales in New York and Pennsylvania and is responsible for achieving or surpassing sales targets across various market segments. They will ensure our sales team achieves performance targets across the portfolio, while developing and leading strategies to drive higher customer satisfaction and achieve market share gains.
