Position Summary The Regional Acccount Manager is a critical component to our success in the North American market. RSMs are responsible for all new and existing revenue for their respective region. This includes all new business sales and existing business retention. RSM are relationship owners, business development experts, and ambassadors for our business. They represent us to our Customers, and represent our Customers needs to us.
