The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Sonrava serves as the key liaison for our patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. Collaborating closely with the Business Manager, the PCC must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales.
