Job Description: Supports the clinical practice of education by formulating, determining and effectuating orientation and staff development policies and programs that facilitate professional practice and shared governance. Develops performance improvement activities to improve critical thinking skills, leading to enhanced practice skills resulting in improving patient outcomes. Formulates quality improvement and quality assurance activities by integrating evidence based practices into policies and procedural guidelines; effectuating the multidisciplinary care management of clinical associates; and assisting in the development, data collection and documentation for clinical applications and research.
