The Chef de Partie Canapes/Garde Mange's primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in their respective section of the dinner kitchen operation/menu Will focus on canapes, first course, plating, cheese plates for dinner service Supports on prep and execution of any all culinary-related activities as they arise within our out-of-daily job norm Prepare, cook and present culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and troubleshooting any problems that may arise Works with Head Chef and Chef de Cuisine to maintain standards and create new dishes Assists the Kitchen and Restaurant teams in preparing and executing any events Supports on prep and execution of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Picks garnish as needed from the JUSTIN garden and communicates product needs Qualifications 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience Culinary degree preferred but not required Serv-Safe Certified Must be able to...
