Position Summary
The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience. Job Posting Deadline

• Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
• Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications
• May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
• Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
• Set up, work, and breakdown station
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift
