What You'll Be Doing
The US Region Head of Non-Transactional Credit Risk provides guidance and direction to ensure credit risk is accurately identified and managed through the US Region. Work with the US Region Chief Credit Officer, Director of Credit Policy, Adjudication staff, Data Risk Analytics and the Lines of Business to develop and propagate credit risk rating procedures, credit policies, standards, guidelines and processes to mitigate credit risk in the portfolio and maintain satisfactory relations with banking examiners assigned to oversee credit risk.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $200,000 - $275,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
