Find an opportunity on our website and complete an application. No resume? No problem, many of our opportunities don’t require one to complete an application. The current application process takes 5-8 minutes.
We strive to review every application, if you meet our qualifications for a currently open role, expect to hear from us within seven days. You’ll get a phone call from a member of our team discussing your experience and if you’re a good fit for the role.
We provide a tour of the community, an overview of the job and a chance to get to know our principles at Sunrise. You’ll also have an opportunity to meet with team members one on one to learn more and participate in job shadowing to understand more about your potential position. It’s important to us that you also have a chance to ask any questions you may have and meet the Executive Director of the community. Be sure to dress business casual (even if it’s a video interview).
After completing the interview process you can expect to hear back from us regarding the next steps. We’ll start with a verbal offer and request some additional information to make it official!
We are committed to keeping our work environment safe for team members and residents. We conduct a drug screen and background check, you’ll also need to provide proof of vaccination.
We are excited to have you as part of the Sunrise Family! You’ll receive a start date and a formal onboarding plan. Our team members’ professional growth is critical to the overall success of our organization. New team members receive training in their first 30 days.
Sunrise considers the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members to be one of its highest priorities. Employment with Sunrise is conditioned on completing and passing a drug test (which does not include marijuana), participating in testing requirements (e.g. Tuberculosis Test, Physical Evaluation). Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination is only required to the extent mandated by applicable federal, state, and local laws and authorities.
Selected candidates will be offered competitive compensation based on geographic location of community/office, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable)
