ASSOCIATES RETIREMENT AND 401(K) PLAN
Benedictine provides a Retirement and 401(k) Plan through Securian with 100% vesting upon enrollment. Benedictine offers a pre-tax or a Roth (after tax) plan.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)
Benedictine offers a medical FSA and a dependent care FSA
BASIC LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Benedictine offers basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through MetLife for associates
SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE AND/OR AD&D INSURANCE
Benedictine offers associate, spouse and child voluntary supplemental life and/or accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance

Benedictine provides monetary awards to associates at $5,200 per calendar year.
Loan repayment is available for associates who have incurred loans in achieving a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
